Q: When should I expect delivery? A: Virtually all our products leave the warehouse by the second business day after you order; many times it's faster than that. During heavy shopping seasons, it may take up to three days to leave the warehouse.
Q: What if I need warranty service? A: All of our suppliers hold to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of our products are fully warranted by the manufacturer. If by chance you receive a product which is defective, the manufacturer's warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive. If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying UPS and USPS. Q: What if I want to return something? A: Our products are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in resalable condition, with ALL original materials and packing, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. If you do want to return, please first email us at return@brandnamesdiscounts.com for a RA (return authorization) number.
More return policies for electronic products: Any unopened products may be returned for a refund of the purchase price of the returned items, not including shipping within 30 days from date of purchase. Refunds of opened items that are not defective will be taken on a case-by-case basis, and will usually be accepted if returned in new condition with all the original packing, documents and the retail box. Customer is responsible for freight back to us. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction within logical boundaries. We reserve the right to reject any abused or misused return.
If you request a RA number for a product and we receive it without the original serial numbers, part numbers, and/or the original packaging, your RA may be rejected and returned to you without any exchange, or refund. If you receive your product and you find that it has physical damages to the product, we must be informed within 48 hours after you receive it. Failing to inform us will result in a denied RA.
